Alpine Diesel Inc. ships worldwide and proudly serves customers across Canada, the United States, and international destinations.
Shipping Within Canada
All shipping rates within Canada are calculated at checkout based on product size, weight, and destination.
Certain items, including heavy components and exhaust systems, may require additional shipping charges or freight services. Orders shipping to remote regions or Canadian Territories may also be subject to additional costs. If special shipping arrangements are required, our team will contact you prior to fulfillment.
Shipping to the United States
Shipping rates to the United States are calculated at checkout based on product size, weight, and destination.
Some heavy items or exhaust systems may require additional shipping charges. Certain performance or emissions-related components cannot be shipped to the United States due to EPA regulations. If you are unsure whether an item is eligible for shipment, please contact us before placing your order.

Due to EPA regulations, Alpine Diesel Inc. is unable to ship certain performance or emissions-related products across the U.S. border. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations prior to purchase.
International Shipping
International shipping rates vary depending on destination, size, and weight. Customers outside Canada and the United States are encouraged to contact us for a custom shipping quote before placing an order.
Carriers & Delivery
Alpine Diesel Inc. ships orders using UPS or other reliable carriers selected based on efficiency and delivery reliability.
Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout when available. All orders include tracking information once shipped.
Order Processing Times
In-stock items are typically processed and shipped within three (3) business days.
Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (MST). Orders placed outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.
If an item is out of stock, customers will be notified with updated timelines or alternative options.
Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Alpine Diesel Inc.
