5. Tuning Products: Once paired, tuning products become vehicle-specific, making them non-returnable. The only exception is if a device is found to be faulty.

6. Installed Products: It's crucial to note that we cannot accept returns on any installed product, ensuring the integrity and quality of our product offerings.

While we deeply appreciate your business, please note that the customer will cover return shipping costs. We advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of items.
