Next, checks are performed for microscopic damage at the housing, compressor, turbine wheels, and rotating assembly. All bearing surfaces are then precision machined before reassembly. The wheels and rotating assemblies are balanced to OEM specifications.

All critical wear parts such as seals, thrust plates, bearings, and fasteners are replaced. A 100 percent end-of-line testing is performed through the full RPM sweep along with a Noise, Vibration, Harshness (NVH) analysis to ensure the highest quality turbochargers and components.
