The X-TRA Cool Direct-Fit HD Intercooler are not only built stronger than your stock intercooler, but it can withstand more! Each unit is 100 percent TIG welded and utliize a bar and plate core for superior durability and strength to withstand higher boost pressures.

Each X-TRA Cool Intercooler is pressure tested and rated to withstand 120+ PSI. In addition, XDP also backs each intercooler with a 1-year, unlimited mileage warranty.

The HD Intercoolers ship standard with a black coated finish. An XDP stencil is included in the box so you can paint the 'X' in any color you choose. Whether you want to match the color of your truck, or leave it black for a stealth appearance, the choice is up to you!
